Introduction: Elongated transverse aortic arch (ETA) has recently been described as the commonest abnormality (≅50%) in Turner syndrome (TS), exceeding the prevalence of bicuspid aortic valve (BAV; 10–30%) and aortic coarctation (CoA; 7–18%).
